KINGFA THAILAND Location: 18/19 Nong Chak, Ban Bueng District, Chon Buri 20170, Thailand I. JOB OBJECTIVES The Aesthetics Technology Center is part of the Product R&D Center, primarily engaged in color technology development and research. The current 50-member team is located in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Wuhan, Chengdu, the United States, Germany, India, and Vietnam. Aesthetics technology work closely collaborates with the design and engineering teams of major companies. II. FUNCTIONS AND TASKS 1. Monitor production of R&D prototypes to develop optimal color formulations for each product; 2. Accurately identify clients' technical requirements for aesthetic products and rapidly design corresponding formulations; 3. Provide pre-sales, sales, and post-sales support for aesthetic products; 4. Continuously pursue learning and prioritize knowledge retention. III. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Right: Access to product development data, color formulation tools, and client feedback; authority to propose aesthetic solutions and collaborate across departments; recognition for innovation and technical contributions. 2. Responsibility: Develop and optimize color formulations; analyze client requirements and deliver tailored aesthetic solutions; support sales teams throughout the product lifecycle; maintain technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement. VI. CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science , or other related disciplines with a solid academic background. Good command of English (both written and spoken). Chinese language proficiency is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. Self-motivated, highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and willing to continuously learn and develop. Work Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for the first two years. Upon completion of the training and assignment period, the position will be relocated to Ban Bueng, Chonburi, Thailand. Willing and physically capable of working rotating day and night shifts in a manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for extended periods when required by production operations. Willing to work in a factory environment and respond flexibly to production schedules and business requirements. Willing to travel domestically and internationally for training, technical support, or business assignments as required.
