The Opportunities We're currently recruiting for multiple positions across our Projects team. Concrete Technicians We're looking for experienced CMT Technicians who are competent and confident in concrete testing and ready to work across busy project environments. You'll be part of a team delivering accurate, timely testing while maintaining HiQA's commitment to safety, quality and the "Yes" experience. Annex Leaders We're also looking for experienced CMT professionals ready to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of an Annex Laboratory. You'll coordinate laboratory operations, maintain quality and compliance requirements, support project delivery and ensure testing is completed safely, accurately and efficiently. About You Depending on the position, we're looking for people with: ✔ All positions must have previous Construction Materials Testing (CMT) experience ✔ Demonstrated concrete testing experience ✔ Strong understanding of testing procedures and quality requirements ✔ A strong commitment to safety and quality ✔ Reliability and a professional work ethic ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a project team ✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills ✔ Ability to work effectively in a busy project environment For Annex Leader positions , previous experience managing or coordinating site laboratory operations will be highly regarded. Project Rosters With multiple projects and positions available, rosters will vary depending on the project and location . Current opportunities include: • Project-based day and night shift rosters • 2:1 FIFO rosters with day shift opportunities • Night shift paid at applicable penalty rates, including 1.5x the normal hourly rate on relevant projects Full roster details will be discussed based on the position and project you're being considered for.
