Location: Based in Chonburi (Sometime required to work in Bangkok) Salary: Up to 150K Requirement: Minimum 10 years of HR management experience with strong knowledge of HR operations and employment legislation. Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and Labour unions (MUST) Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on, action-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality. Experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making is preferred Excellent command of English Responsibilities: Manage all HR operations from start to finish, including hiring, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Work closely with business leaders and the Regional HR team to develop and carry out HR strategies, talent development plans, and workforce planning that support business goals. Handle employee relations matter such as employee engagement activities, grievance resolution, performance improvement plans, and communication with unions or employee representatives when required. Create, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations. Support HR digital transformation by helping implement HR systems, maintaining accurate HR data, and preparing HR reports. Lead and support change management initiatives related to business transformation, process improvements, and new system implementations. Coordinate training and development programs to strengthen employee skills and leadership capabilities. Manage relationships with external service providers, such as recruitment agencies and training vendors, and assist in managing HR budgets.
