About the role We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Officer to support our procurement and facility management functions, ensuring smooth daily operations across the organization. Key responsibilities Assist in procurement processes, tender management, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective and compliant purchasing. Support facility operations, including maintenance coordination, equipment procurement, asset management, and renovation projects. Monitor budgets, prepare reports (KPI, governance, and maintenance), and maintain accurate documentation for audits and management reviews. Respond to emergencies and oversee safety protocols, including fire safety and drills. Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely service delivery and contract compliance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for procurement, supply chain, and facility management systems. About you Minimum Diploma qualification. Possess a good command of English; ability to review contracts and legal terms. Prior experience in healthcare is an advantage. Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently. Proactive, solution-driven, with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn. Adaptable to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
