Job Description Review business requirements & functional specifications in detail with related parties. Including review gap analysis that was created by the business analyst (BA) team before starting the System Integration Test (SIT) and UAT. Develop a test plan and test strategy. Design and prepare test designs based on business requirements and functional specification documents. Advise and coach users to analyst and design in terms of Unit testing and End-to-End Testing. Prepare Test cases and test scenarios as per customer journey in terms of white box and black box. Coordinate with development teams to prepare UAT environment readiness before starting UAT execution Manage UAT teams to execute testing of the software applications per agreed timelines Maintain and update accurate status of test progress to all team members and management level including identifying, prioritizing and tracking issues/defects and collaborating with BA team, or cross-functionality to achieve the best resolution. Maintain test documentation such as UAT sign-off, test plans & test reports etc. Technology Stack Skills Platform: Web Application (Microservices Architecture) Tools: Jira, Confluence, Postman, Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or GitHub Actions) Testing Frameworks: Cypress, Jest, Playwright, or similar Qualifications: Able to travel to other provinces for on-site testing and project support (company covers travel expenses, accommodation, and per diem). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in software quality engineering or a related field. Strong experience in developing and implementing test. Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and regression testing. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address quality issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
