Location: Nirvana@work, Bueng Kum, Bangkok Position: HR Officer (Junior) Salary: Negotiable Job responsibilities: · Prepare, check and enter the data of time attendance/leave/overtime and run monthly payroll · Recruiting/pre-interviewing candidates then arrange the interview schedule · Conduct the new employee orientation · Prepare the evaluate employee during their probationary period and yearly · Coordinate with external parties related to employee benefits · Manage Administration team in all branches for smooth day-to-day operation · Prepare training plan, Support the related needs both of internal and external training · Record the employee training’s history · Other duties as assigned by the management team Benefits: · Base salary · All day refreshment corner for bakery and soft drink (Coffee, Tea, Milk menus) by Barista from Yuu moment Cafe. · Pool commission by Quarter under Company policy (After the probationary period is completed) · Social security · Health insurance - Group insurance by Tokio Marine (After the probationary period is completed) · Travelling allowance 150THB in case travel over 300 km/day or stay overnight only. · Monthly car allowance paid by job actual: max. 4,000 Km x average 6 THB/Km = 24,000 THB · The hotel expense paid by actual receipt which set the limit as Other province 900 THB/night ; Bangkok 1,200 THB/night. Qualifications: · Bachelor Degree in any related filed · Good command of English and computer literature · Understand the basic Thai Labor Law and related filed (If-any)
