We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Job Responsibilities Developing and implementing effective HR strategies, policies and processes to support the overall business objectives Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters Overseeing employee relations and conflict resolution Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Analysing HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborating with the leadership team to shape the company culture and employee engagement initiatives Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
