Autopart & CBU Import Operation Officer

Responsibilities · Managing Autopart & CBU Import process until destinations for KIA Customer · Monitoring Import Customs Clearance process and prepare Docs in advance for smooth customs clearance (CIPL, BL, D/O, C/O, Import Entry, Insurance, Freezone License and etc) · Check HS Code for proper C/O issue and follow up Thai Customs Office’s latest regulation · Check mandatory licenses for each part such as TISI for smooth customs clearance · Check monthly import plan schedule and daily vessel/delivery schedule · Handling Port to Freezone / Freezone to General Zone / General Zone to Freezone cargo movement and clearance · Managing domestic transportation and book trucks for each destination · Review the whole details of Import Entry to prevent any delays on Customs Clearance process · Negotiate with ocean carriers to get best price and booking vessel by communication with Client · Consult with Shipper/Consignee for smooth Export/Import process especially for Thai Customs · Support other import shipment of company Requirements · At least 3 years of experience in automotive logistics. · Experience in auto parts import customs clearance or CBU (Completely Built Unit) operations. · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. · Good command of written and spoken English. · Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
