Project Manager (Technology)

Key Responsibilities Manage technology projects from initiation through implementation and post-deployment support. Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and project documentation. Coordinate with business users, developers, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and timelines. Support requirements gathering, solution discussions, UAT coordination, and go-live activities. Manage project scope changes and ensure proper communication with stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Business Analysis, or Technology-related roles. Experience managing software development, system implementation, digital transformation, or IT projects. Understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project. Good command of English is preferred. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage. Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Transformation projects is a plus. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
