Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Administration & Operations Manage marketing documents, purchase requests, invoices, budgets, reports, records, schedules, and campaign data. Coordinate with internal departments, monitor marketing assets, and support daily marketing operations. 2. Content Planning & Production Support content planning and research, create marketing copy, captions, scripts, short-form videos, and basic artwork using AI and design tools. Ensure all content is accurate, consistent with brand guidelines, and coordinate with designers, agencies, and external partners while monitoring content performance. 3. Social Media & Community Management Manage social media channels, publish scheduled content, respond to customer enquiries, provide product and promotional information, qualify sales leads, update customer records, coordinate issue resolution, and compile customer feedback and insights. 4. Email Marketing & Digital Platforms Execute email marketing campaigns, prepare content and audience lists, test campaigns, track performance, update website content, maintain customer databases, and support digital platform administration while ensuring compliance with data protection policies. 5. Event, Supplier & Influencer Coordination Support planning and execution of marketing events, coordinate with suppliers, agencies, venues, and influencers, prepare quotations and event documents, manage marketing materials and logistics, monitor supplier performance, provide on-site event support, coordinate influencer activities, prepare post-event reports, and occasionally work outside regular office hours when required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience in marketing coordination, administration, content creation, digital marketing, or similar roles. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent Thai communication and writing skills, with working English proficiency. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets. Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut or similar video-editing tools, and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini. Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LINE OA, TikTok, and social media management. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving skills, and ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with email marketing platforms, CMS or website backend systems. Basic photography and video production skills. Experience coordinating events, influencers, agencies, or suppliers. Experience in technology, audiovisual, consumer electronics, or e-commerce is an advantage.
