Project Coordinator - Data Center (Chinese Speaking HSK 5)

Company：ZTE Thailand Base location: Chonburi Role Purpose: The Project Management Manager (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for supporting the overall operation management of Technical Platform projects, ensuring smooth coordination among HQ, local management, and project teams. This role aims to improve project efficiency, monitor KPI-related tasks, support standardized project processes, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables. In addition, the position works closely with the team to enhance working methods and promote the practical use of AI tools to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and overall work effectiveness. Job Description: Monitored and controlled KPI-related tasks to ensure performance targets were achieved and deliverables were completed on schedule. Managed delivery project operations, task follow-up, and cross-functional coordination to improve project efficiency and overall performance. Coordinated with HQ, local management, project teams, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth communication and timely task completion. Supported Network Operation Security activities, including monthly security training, security exams, interviews, and operation regulation tracking. Prepared bilingual/trilingual announcements, reminders, reports, and summaries in English, Chinese, and Thai. Supported standardized project management, process implementation, manpower planning, team building, internal control, and information security. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chinese, Telecommunications, or related fields. Native Thai speaker with good Chinese and English communication skills. HSK 5 or above is a plus. Strong coordination, follow-up, reporting, and task management skills. Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
