Credit Collections Officer Location: Macquarie Park Salary: $75-80k + super Hybrid: 2 days WFH We're looking for a Credit Collections Officer to join a supportive finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced collections environment. Key responsibilities: Managing a high-volume customer ledger. Contacting customers via phone and email to recover outstanding payments. Resolving account queries and payment disputes. Maintaining accurate customer records and collection notes. Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve collection issues. Minimising bad debts and supporting month-end collection targets. About You Previous experience in credit collections or accounts receivable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Comfortable managing a busy workload and working to deadlines. What's on Offer Hybrid working (office and work-from-home flexibility).
