Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities Design marketing materials for both digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and advertisements. Create sales collateral such as company profiles, project presentations, floor plans, sales kits, price lists, and promotional materials. Ensure all creative assets comply with the company's Corporate Identity (CI) and Brand Guidelines. Develop creative concepts and collaborate with the Marketing team to produce compelling campaign visuals. Design digital content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, websites, and other online platforms. Adapt artwork and creative assets to suit different marketing channels and platforms. Support the creation of landing pages, digital banners, and campaign visuals. Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns, project updates, and corporate events. Support motion graphics and video content production (preferred). Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, printing vendors, and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design (real estate experience is an advantage). Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign . Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva , or other multimedia tools is a plus. Strong creativity with a solid understanding of branding, visual communication, and design principles. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and teamwork skills. Good command of English is an advantage.
