Lead Installer – Outdoor Shade Solutions Johnson & Couzins | Christchurch Full Time – 40 hours/week Johnson & Couzins is proud to offer New Zealand’s largest range of outdoor shade solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a Lead Installer to join our dynamic, hands-on team. About the Role: This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) based in Christchurch. You’ll begin by working alongside one of our experienced installers to learn the ins and outs of our premium products. The role involves physical work, including heavy lifting and working at heights, so physical fitness and safety awareness are a must. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a reliable, motivated individual with a strong background in building or construction. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience. Key Requirements: Full NZ Driver’s Licence Competence with hand tools and general technical know-how Physically fit and comfortable working at heights Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Professional presentation and great communication skills Flexibility to adapt to a variety of tasks and environments Commitment to excellent customer service Why Join Us?
