Registered Electrician

About the Role: As a Registered Electrician, you'll be responsible for completing a wide variety of electrical work, including: *Residential installations and renovations *Commercial installations and maintenance *Agricultural installations and maintenance *Fault finding and repairs *Switchboard upgrades *Lighting and power installations *Testing, commissioning, and compliance documentation *Providing excellent customer service on every job You'll work independently as well as alongside apprentices and other electricians, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. We're looking for someone who has: Current New Zealand Electrical Registration Current Electrical Practising Licence (EWRB) *Full New Zealand Driver Licence *Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills *High standard of workmanship and attention to detail *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Ability to work independently and manage your workload *A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team Desirable: Experience supervising apprentices Experience using Fergus job management software (training can be provided) *Experience in the agricultural and/or industrial sector would be an advantage. *Can liaise well with customers and suppliers. *Be honest and trustworthy and a team player. *Flexibility *As we offer a 24-hour service the successful applicant would be part of a rotating callout roster Why Join Rivertown Electrical?
