International Sales Manager (East Asia & Global Markets) Location: Hong Kong Office: Tsim Sha Tsui We are the sole international distributor for Jianlibao, a historic mainland China beverage brand with strong heritage and growing global demand. As we expand our overseas business, we’re looking for a passionate, results driven International Sales Manager to lead our growth across East Asia, Europe, the USA and beyond. What You’ll Do Develop and execute international sales strategies and tactics for our beverage portfolio. Identify, target, and secure new distribution partners and key accounts to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand market presence in East Asia, Europe, the USA and other regions. Forecast sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and monitor KPIs. Handle customer complaints, resolve issues professionally, and ensure timely payment collection. Support ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor. What We’re Looking For At least 5 years’ relevant experience in international sales of consumer products (FMCG, beverages, or related categories preferred), with minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English. Strong financial awareness, commercial acumen, and a sense of urgency. Able to work under pressure, take ownership, and deliver results. Passionate about leading and motivating people; accountable for achievement. Positive “can do” attitude and strong problem solving skills. Valid driving license is an advantage. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
