Job Purpose: Review and control aesthetic ,time ,cost, quality of the design deliveries by both in-house team and consultants. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Review, support, and advise design guidelines to PD/BU to achieve management’s requirements Review and checking deliverables from designers on o Landscape Design o Landscape Lighting Design o External signage in landscape Proof of design intention and design improvements during handing over stage. Assist PM team on their scope when relating to Landscape , Landscape Lighting design improvement to upkeep operating properties. Perform inhouse Landscape Design for small/medium sized projects. Prepare design and drawings from concept to construction stage. Perform in house Landscape Design for small sized projects required by operating properties. Prepare design and drawing from concept to detail stage for information input to awarded contractor. Advise and review renovated items or area proposed by operating properties. Design scope covers Landscape. Qualifications: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Landscape architecture, or related field. At least 5 year experienced in related field. Knowledge of, and background in landscape architecture/ landscape design work including technical knowledge in design details. Demonstrate competency in coordination in design managing with relevant parties. Creativity in design solution with technical, budget and time implication concerns. Leadership in an interdisciplinary system thinking. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Background in building and space design with technical knowledge in details and construction. Strong sense of aesthetics and design. Proficiency in Hand sketch , AutoCAD, Photoshop , SketchUp and BIM, an experience with other software would be an advantage. Ability to demonstrate and provide examples of continuous personal development and improvement in each of the essential functions.
