Key Responsibilities Prepare, organize, and maintain litigation-related documents and supporting records. Coordinate with internal departments and external law firms to collect, verify, and submit required documentation. Process and maintain records of litigation-related expenses and supporting payment documents in accordance with company procedures. Prepare and organize supporting documents for Tax Claim submissions and maintain related documentation. Maintain accurate filing systems, case records, and document databases. Monitor document status and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Prepare administrative reports, summaries, and documentation to support the Litigation team. Ensure all documents are handled in accordance with company policies and operational procedures. Support process improvements and perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Law, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations support, document control, legal administration, or a related support role. Basic knowledge of litigation support processes or legal documentation is preferred. Familiarity with Tax Claim documentation or related administrative processes is an advantage. Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
