Job Description Manage technology-related projects carried out internally or through third-party service providers. Develop or coordinate software solutions that support the company's business processes and improve operational efficiency. Provide troubleshooting support for software, programs, hardware, and related IT systems. Monitor IT-related legal and regulatory requirements and advise the company to ensure compliance. Prepare monthly IT status and performance reports for management. Support management requests involving data analysis, system improvement, and technology solutions. Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 5–10 years of IT/Information Systems experience, with supervisory or leadership experience; manufacturing industry experience is preferred. Strong experience managing ERP systems and enterprise IT infrastructure. Hands-on knowledge of software development, databases, and the SDLC, with proficiency in technologies such as PHP, Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL/MySQL, C#, or Ruby. Good understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure), virtualization (VMware, VDI), networking, cybersecurity, and data protection. Familiarity with modern IT frameworks and technologies, including RPA, low-code platforms, ITIL, SDLC, and PDPA. Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken). Experienced in Japanese company is preferred. Working Hour Monday – Friday at 08:30 – 17:00 + Saturdays depends on calendar (Less than 6 Saturdays/Year)

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
