Credit Officer

A leading organisation in Silverwater is seeking a Credit Officer who enjoys credit administration, thrives on opening new accounts, and is confident managing banking and reconciliations. You’ll also handle a portion of collections, giving you a well‑rounded, varied day. Working within a supportive, established team and reporting to the Credit Manager, this role offers exposure across the full credit function — banking, allocations, new accounts, credit reviews, reconciliations, queries, and collections. Key Responsibilities Banking & allocations — accurate daily processing Account reconciliations — ensuring customer accounts are correct and up to date New account setup — processing credit applications and conducting limit reviews Collections activity — outbound/inbound calls and email follow‑up across your ledger Query resolution — partnering with customers and internal teams Journal posting — supporting month‑end and adjustments Cross‑department collaboration — resolving billing issues and supporting smooth account management About You Experience in Credit Control/Collections/AR Strong communication skills with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities Enjoys working independently and within a collaborative team Apply Today This role suits someone with strong AR/Credit/Collections experience who enjoys the credit profession and wants to continue developing in this space — rather than transitioning into accounting pathways Email vanessa@kbhsolutions.com.au if you have any queries.
