Assistant Sports Executive (Squad Development) Salary: HK$ 18,000~22,000 per month (subject to qualifications and experience) Job Description: Organize local and overseas training and competition for the Hong Kong China Teams and responsible for the related administration works (such as selection procedure, coach report, logistics, budgets and expenses etc.) Prepare Hong Kong China Teams’ annual plan, budget and submit report to the subvention organization. Liaise with Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC), Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI), other organizations and district bodies on matters relevant to development of the Hong Kong China Team. Manage Hong Kong China Teams’ equipment. Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by Senior Sports Executive and council. Requirements: Grade E / Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or Level 2 or above in five subjects including English and Chinese in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), or equivalent; *Remark: Grade C in English Language (Syllabus A) is recognized as equivalent to Grade E in English Language (Syllabus B) A minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably in sports-related field; Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua a definite advantage; Strong computer skills; Initiative, proactive, self-motivated & outgoing; Able to work irregular hours and perform under pressure; Required to work on Saturday/Sundays and Public holidays; Required to work outdoor.
