Job Responsibilities: Assist the Materials Manager in managing procurement activities for the lake-crossing bridge construction project. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services. Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, draft procurement contracts, and issue purchase orders. Coordinate with project, engineering, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material delivery. Monitor procurement schedules, supplier performance, and project material requirements. Manage import/export procedures, international logistics, and customs clearance when required. Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with project requirements, budgets, and company policies. Develop and maintain local supplier networks for construction materials, hardware, and electromechanical equipment. Qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Engineering Management, or Civil Engineering or related majors; 2. 3 years of experience in project material procurement (priority given to those with bridge construction experience), project management experience, and international logistics or customs clearance experience; 3. Familiar with international trade terms and proficient in drafting procurement contracts; 4. Familiar with engineering materials as well as local resources related to building materials, hardware, and electromechanics; 5.Familiar with international trade terms and able to draft procurement contracts. Thai: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing (Thai nationality is preferred); English: Good communication, reading and writing skills; a score of 6/10 or above; Chinese: Able to communicate in simple Chinese (priority will be given).
