Director, AI Infrastructure & Energy Delivery

Key Responsibilities: ①AI Infrastructure & Power Delivery Capability Provide delivery for Novva’s AI Power Infrastructure projects, ensuring reliable and scalable energy solutions are successfully delivered for data center customers and other energy-intensive facilities. Lead technical coordination between data center requirements and energy infrastructure delivery, including power demand assessment, grid connection, substations, transmission infrastructure, renewable energy integration, and energy solutions. Review and manage key delivery aspects of power infrastructure projects, including design development, EPC execution, construction planning, testing, commissioning, and operational handover. Work closely with data center developers, operators, consultants, EPC contractors, and utilities to ensure alignment between customer requirements and infrastructure delivery. ②EPC & Contractor Management Support owner-side management of EPC contractors, general contractors, and specialist vendors during project execution. Review contractor execution plans, construction schedules, quality plans, HSE plans, and risk management processes. Identify delivery risks and drive timely resolution of technical, contractual, and construction-related issues. ③Risk & Issue Management Identify, quantify, and mitigate construction-phase risks (technical, contractual, compliance, supply-chain, political, etc.). Lead root-cause analyses and resolution of critical problems; commission third-party assessments or expert reviews when required. ④Delivery & Commissioning Plan and chair sectional, mechanical-completion, and final acceptance tests; ensure smooth hand-over to O&M. Support pre-commercial-operation activities: energization, performance testing, reliability runs, and warranty claim management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Construction Management, or related field. At least 8 years in EPC construction of utility-scale solar, wind, ,storage projects or thermal power projects. Overseas project exposure and prior collaboration with major EPC groups.. Proven experience delivering complex power infrastructure, energy projects, industrial facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure supporting data centers and other high-demand users. Fluent English (written & spoken); additional language skills relevant to project countries an advantage. Willingness to travel extensively.
