• This position is open in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Johor Bahru (JB), and Penang (PG). Responsibilities • Develop, maintain and enhance enterprise HRMS, Payroll, ESS and HRSS applications. • Design, develop, test, debug and deploy scalable web applications using .NET and C#. • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. • Enhance existing HRMS modules based on business and customer requirements. • Optimize SQL Server database performance and troubleshoot production issues. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Consultants and QC Engineers throughout the SDLC. • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, code reviews and technical discussions. • Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices. • Research and recommend suitable technologies to improve system performance and maintainability. Preferred Technical Skills • .NET / .NET Core • C# • ASP.NET Core MVC • Entity Framework Core • SQL Server (Database Design, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning) • RESTful API • JavaScript / jQuery / AJAX • CSS / Bootstrap • Git • Azure • DevOps • Agile Scrum Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of software development experience. • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework Core and SQL Server. • Experience with Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS and Bootstrap. • Knowledge of Design Patterns, OOP, SOLID principles and Clean Code practices. • Experience with Git, Agile Scrum and DevOps practices. • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services is an added advantage. • Experience in HRMS, Payroll or enterprise business applications is highly preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. • Able to work independently and deliver quality solutions within project timelines.
