Job Description: Monitor servers, routers, firewalls, and network performance using monitoring tools Detect and respond to system outages and performance issues promptly Troubleshoot network issues such as IP, routing, and remote access problems Log, track, and escalate technical incidents to senior engineers when needed Install system updates and support basic network security and maintenance tasks Job Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, IT or any related field.
