In this role, you’ll serve as the frontline connection to our customers—ensuring their needs are met with speed, accuracy, and care. You'll also collaborate across internal departments to coordinate orders, resolve issues, and ensure smooth post-sales processes. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate day-to-day post-sales activities, supporting timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer service . Process key documents such as sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit/credit notes . Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes professionally and efficiently. Manage monthly principal service billings and ensure accurate documentation and follow-ups. Monitor and follow up on customer backorders, contract inquiries, and general requests . Collaborate with Client Management, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Ensure all tasks comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. Oversee daily invoice scanning and support payment follow-up with key customers. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. Step in to support colleagues and ensure service continuity during peak times or absences.
