Business Analysts

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, producing high-quality documentation, and ensuring business needs are translated into actionable requirements for development teams. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate closely with business users, project managers, scrum teams, and developers. Create and maintain BA deliverables, including: Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Specifications User Stories Process Flows Use Cases Manage requirements review and sign-off processes. Support project delivery, enhancement initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Assist with UAT planning, defect management, and business readiness activities. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements. Requirements 2-5 years of Business Analyst experience. Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working directly with both business users and technology teams. Ability to create clear and comprehensive functional documentation. Fluent Cantonese and English communication skills. Preferred To Have Membership, loyalty, rewards, or CRM platforms. Hospitality, hotel, resort, gaming, entertainment, or customer engagement systems. Experience supporting customer-facing digital products. Agile or Scrum project environments.
