Omokoroa Country Club is looking for experienced and motivated Roller Drivers, Tractor Drivers, and Water Cart Drivers to join our Earthworks Team on fixed-term 6-month contracts . Working on a large-scale development project, these roles offer the opportunity to operate machinery while being part of a hardworking team delivering high-quality earthworks outcomes. About the role As part of the Earthworks Team, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rollers, tractors, or water carts. These are not machine-only roles — successful applicants must be willing and physically capable of assisting with general labouring and ground-based tasks as required. Key responsibilities Safely operate rollers, tractors, or water carts. Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance. Follow all site health and safety procedures. Assist with earthworks, Civil construction, and other site activities. Carry out manual labouring duties when required. Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to meet project targets. About you Previous experience operating rollers, tractors, water carts, or similar civil construction equipment. Relevant driver's licence and endorsements preferred Physically fit, energetic, and capable of performing manual work. Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Team players who are willing to help wherever needed. Benefits 6-month fixed-term contracts starting September. Competitive hourly rates based on experience.
