The organisation is undergoing exciting change and is looking for a seasoned payroll leader to support this. Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and leading a team of 6 direct reports, 10 indirect, your role will involve but not be limited to the following: Managing payroll compliance, processing, and reporting Overseeing deductions, salary packaging, and government reporting Leading audits, reconciliations, and WorkCover payments Driving continuous improvement and system optimisation Partnering with internal stakeholders across Finance, People & Culture, and ICT Mentoring and developing payroll team members What's on Offer $150-170k + super + salary packaging (up to $15,900 annually) Flexible working: 2 days work from home Inclusive workplace culture with a strong values foundation Immediate start available Opportunity to contribute to meaningful social impact Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you will possess the following: Significant payroll experience in a complex, multi-entity environment Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with Preceda (Dayforce a bonus) Knowledge of relevant Awards, EBAs, and legislation High attention to detail and analytical capability A collaborative and strategic mindset To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
