Role Overview Joining a decentralized data function, this Senior BI Developer will own business dashboards and analytical solutions for the North Asia team. The role offers strong business-facing exposure and a strategic focus on expanding self-service analytics and knowledge dashboards for key commercial stakeholders. Core Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support regional business requirements. Drive end-user adoption of self-service BI platforms , building intuitive knowledge dashboards for cross-functional teams. Implement robust data modeling and data warehousing principles to structure scalable analytics layers. Maintain and align business-layer data pipelines using SQL , Databricks , and Microsoft Fabric . Work closely with local commercial teams and broader organizational data functions to manage complex KPI logic and reporting needs. Technical Stack Primary: Power BI, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, SQL Platform & Pipeline: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric Key Requirements Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development, including dashboard creation and self-service analytics frameworks. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional data modeling, and hands-on SQL scripting. Functional familiarity with Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric (focused on the business/semantic layer rather than core infrastructure engineering). Proven ability to translate intricate business reporting needs into structured, high-performing KPIs. Nice-to-Have Background in the Retail or Luxury retail sector. Prior experience working with customer, marketing, or client data domains.
