Supplier Onboarding & Relationship Management: Identify and evaluate international suppliers to expand the product portfolio; manage long-term partnerships and conduct regular KPI evaluations. Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial and payment terms, and exclusive distribution agreements to maximize profit margins. Market Intelligence & Cost Optimization: Monitor global market trends, commodity prices, FX rates, and logistics costs to mitigate risks and execute strategic cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas purchasing, strategic sourcing, or international trading strictly within the Food industry. Solid background in managing categories like frozen food, meat, seafood, ingredients, or premium food products is highly preferred. Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in high-stakes supplier negotiation and contract management.
