About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Hon Chuan Malaysia Sdn Bhd. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our company. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan. What you'll be doing Customer Relationship Management : Maintain regular contact and build strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Operations : Handle end-to-end sales activities, including regular client visits, preparing and submitting quotations, arranging deliveries, tracking project progress, and managing payment collection. Data Analysis : Analyze internal data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales strategies and customer engagement. Project Development & Management : Lead or support the development and management of sales-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals. Proposal & Reporting : Prepare professional sales proposals and project reports to support management in decision-making and business planning. Accounts Receivable Follow-Up : Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection and proper credit control.
