We are looking for a visionary Senior System Analyst who balances deep technical "under-the-hood" knowledge with the ability to design sophisticated enterprise systems. The Role: Shaping the Technical Blueprint As our SSA, you are the bridge between complex business logic and high-performance execution. You will spend your time researching modern patterns, designing robust API contracts, and ensuring our "Fullstack" ecosystem (Node.js/React) is scalable, testable, and future-proof. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Architecture: Design well-structured microservices that are equally performant in Cloud and On-Premise environments. Technical Governance: Define and enforce SDLC best practices, coding standards, and a rigorous Test-Driven Development (TDD) mindset. The "Contract" Master: Own the API Specifications as the primary contract between Front-End and Back-End teams to ensure seamless integration. AI-Driven Productivity: Proactively leverage and implement AI coding assistants to maximize team output and streamline the development lifecycle. Technical Research: Rapidly prototype and research modern technologies to keep our in-house development models at the cutting edge. Executive Influence: Articulate complex architectural designs and innovative ideas to Executive stakeholders with clarity and conviction. Your Technical DNA Core Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript . Strong familiarity with React.js is highly regarded. Design Mastery: Proven experience in complicated enterprise software architecture and microservices design patterns.
