Our client is a top leading bank, and they are seeking the right candidates for the position of Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager Trainee from all levels to join their banking teams. We welcome the following candidates to apply for the Relationship Manager Trainee position: · Professionals from the Customer Service or Finance industry with 2+ years of working experience · Insurance agents · Frontline banking staff from the Greater Bay Area Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of retail banking customers Acquire, develop and retain customer relationships to drive portfolio growth Identify customer needs and deliver tailored financial solutions that exceed expectations Understand customers' personal and professional financial goals to provide holistic wealth management advice Develop individualized strategies focused on wealth creation and capital preservation Achieve assigned KPIs and profit targets by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones Enhance customer loyalty by proactively meeting their needs directly or through effective collaboration with internal business partners Requirements: At least 1 year Insurance or Investment sales experience/ 2 years working exprience Passed IIQE paper 1, 2, 3 and HKSI 1,7,8 is a must. Strong knowledge for Investment, Global Market, Insurance product. Prefer in university degree or above. Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in Written and speaking.
