Network Manager

Job Responsibilities 1. Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise network infrastructure and security solutions, including LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN, and network virtualization environments. 2. Provide technical leadership on network architecture, infrastructure design, and security best practices to ensure scalability, performance, resilience, and compliance. 3. Oversee end-to-end network implementation projects, including deployment, migration, testing, and production rollout. 4. Review and validate technical solutions, network topology, and firewall configurations to ensure alignment with business and project requirements. 5. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network and security incidents. 6. Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity, ensuring stable and reliable operations across enterprise environments. 7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams on technical delivery, integration, and operational support. 8. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including implementation plans, operational procedures, and test documentation. 9. Ensure compliance with government IT policies, security requirements, and audit controls. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines. • Minimum 15 years of relevant IT experience, including substantial hands-on experience in enterprise network infrastructure and firewall technologies. • Proven experience in large-scale network and security project implementation, migration, and deployment. • Strong hands-on expertise in network technologies, including routing, switching, VPN, load balancing, and network security solutions. • Solid experience with enterprise firewall technologies such as Cisco, Check Point, or equivalent platforms. • Experience in troubleshooting complex network and firewall issues within mission-critical environments. • Hands-on experience with Cisco network infrastructure is highly preferred. • Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent will be an advantage. • Experience in government projects or regulated environments is an advantage. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills. • Self-motivated, mature, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
