IT ADMINISTRATOR AND SYSTEM ADMIN

Job Responsibilities: Software deployment, and system health checks. Business application follows up like SQL accounting. Develop and maintain user provisioning (setting up, updating, and managing employee accounts and access rights across IT systems, ensuring staff have the correct permissions when they join, change roles, or leave the company) Implement conditional access policies in Windows Active Directory and manage Just-In-Time (JIT) access. Analyses system logs to identify bottlenecks and proactively upgrade resources. Maintain comprehensive network diagrams, runbooks, and IT policy documentation. Lead small-to-medium IT projects (e.g., migrating file shares to SharePoint, upgrading VOIP systems, CCTV). Manage virtual networks, storage, and IaaS VMs and explore on cloud resources for business application services Provide technical advice to users on daily IT problems and issues Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or equivalent experience. 2-3+ years in systems administration (hybrid on-prem) Certifications: Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate. CCNA certification/ CompTIA Network+ certification is a plus. Technical Stack: • Virtualization: VMware vSphere or Hyper-V clustering. • Networking: SD-WAN, Routing Protocols (BGP/OSPF), Next-Gen Firewalls (Fortinet).
