Key Responsibilities At least 5–8 years of HR and Administration experience, preferably in manufacturing industry. Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and statutory compliance. Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and general administration. Assist the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) in complying with DENR/LLDA environmental requirements (permits, registrations, SMR/CMR, wastewater sampling). Assist during BFP, DOH, LGU, and other regulatory inspections. Help maintain updated copies of all permits, clearances, and official documents. AEP VISE process shuttle management Job Requirements Must be a Filipino citizen and proficient in English with strong verbal communication skills， speak Chinese is a plus Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure while handling multiple priorities. Experience in the plastic injection molding or manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems is an advantage. Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
