Project Executive (AV & LED Display Solutions)

To support our expanding pipeline of commercial, retail, and corporate projects, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Executive to join our professional team. Job Responsibilities Project Lifecycle Management: Lead AV and LED display projects from initial planning, site survey, budgeting, and scheduling to final testing and commissioning. On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure high-quality installation work, and strictly enforce site safety compliance. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Manage external contractors, suppliers, and technicians to ensure materials and labor meet project timelines. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, main contractors, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical and logistical issues. Quality & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses against budgets and ensure all deliverable milestones meet company standards and client expectations. Job Requirements Education: Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of solid experience in Project Management, specifically within the Audio-Visual (AV) or LED display installation industry. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with structural setups, power requirements, and signal routing for large-scale LED walls and digital signage. Skills: Strong vendor management, problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills. Language: Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Certifications: PMP certification or a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) is highly preferred.
