Key Responsibilities | หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ Research and develop new product concepts and application solutions based on market trends and customer requirements. Develop product formulations and conduct laboratory trials to evaluate product performance, functionality, and stability. Provide technical consultation and product application support to customers and the Sales team. Prepare product presentations, Technical Data Sheets (TDS), application guides, and technical training materials. Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding product specifications, technical information, samples, and new product development. Conduct product benchmarking, competitive analysis, and market research to identify new business opportunities. Support customer trials, factory trials, product validation, and technical troubleshooting. Coordinate with Sales, QA, Warehouse, Regulatory Affairs, and other internal departments to ensure successful product commercialization. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations by attending exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and supplier training. Qualifications | คุณสมบัติ Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, Beauty Technology, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields. 2–5 years of experience in Product Development, R&D, Product Application, Technical Service, or Product Specialist roles. Experience in Food Ingredients, Dietary Supplements, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Chemical, OEM, or FMCG industries. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to conduct laboratory work and customer product demonstrations. Experience working with overseas suppliers is an advantage. Willingness to travel domestically and overseas when required.
