Senior Logistics Supervisor (Tuen Mun)

Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor team leaders and staff, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance in documentation and customer service tasks. Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies, taking corrective actions as needed. Lead regular reviews and audits of documentation processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancement initiatives Coordinate and monitor daily operations in the logistics warehouse using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Handle physical inbound/outbound/put-away processes. Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy. Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as needed. Pick items from storage based on order specifications. Pack and label orders for shipment according to company standards. Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Requirements: F.5 standard or above. 5 - 7 years or above of relevant experience in the shipping/logistics industry at a supervisory level. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work in shifts if required. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
