Job description: Develop and maintain software applications (Web, Macros, Microsoft Access, Mobile Apps, etc.) Gather and analyze user requirements and contribute to system design and development. Perform Business Process Management (BPM): Improve and evaluate existing business processes, analyze implemented changes, recommend adjustments to workflows, schedules, and processes. Provide application support and troubleshooting. Deliver basic helpdesk support to end-users. Job Requirement Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1–2 years of working experience in a related role, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficient in ASP.net. C#, HTML/CSS, Python would be added advantage. Knowledge in automation tools - RPA/OCR/AI. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
