Executive/Senior Executive, High Performance

About the role We are seeking an exceptional Executive/Senior Executive, High Performance to join the Singapore Badminton Association. This is a full-time position based in Kallang Central Region. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the high-performance strategy and programs that support the development of Singapore's top badminton players. What you'll be doing Oversee and coordinate the high-performance training and development programs for national team players Analyse player performance data and implement training plans to enhance player skills and capabilities Collaborate with coaches, sports science experts and other stakeholders to optimise training methods and facilities Manage the selection and preparation of national teams for major competitions Identify and develop young talent to support the long-term success of Singapore's badminton program Ensure compliance with national and international badminton regulations and policies Represent the association in local and international forums to enhance Singapore's reputation in the sport What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-performance sport management or coaching role Strong understanding of badminton training methodologies and the ability to analyse player performance data Proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent identification and development programs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with coaches, players and other partners In-depth knowledge of national and international badminton regulations and policies Postgraduate qualification in sports science, sports management or a related field would be highly advantageous What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for continuous professional development and career progression Supportive and collaborative work environment Access to state-of-the-art training facilities and resources The chance to be part of Singapore's thriving badminton ecosystem and contribute to its future success About us The Singapore Badminton Association (SBA) is the national governing body for the sport of badminton in Singapore.
