Key Responsibilities: Manage all quality-related activities, including internal processes, equipment calibration, supplier quality assurance, and customer quality issues. Lead effective root cause analysis and ensure the robust implementation of permanent corrective and preventive actions. Continuously monitor and drive improvements in key quality metrics, such as PPM, scrap rate, rework and Cost of Poor Quality. Ensure full adherence to Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and maintain readiness for all standards. Actively participate in and facilitate customer and third-party audits. Improve and maintain Control Plans, Inspection Standards, and all critical quality documentation. Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of quality tools. Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and engineering changes to ensure all outputs meet customer specifications and requirements. Stop Exercise the authority to stop production whenever quality standards are compromised. Collaborate effectively with Production, Product Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Lead, coach, and develop the quality team. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor in Engineering of Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer or any related field. 2–3 years of experience in a Quality function within the Electronics or Electrical Manufacturing industry. Strong logical thinking and advanced analytical capabilities. Proven proficiency in using Quality Tools. Good command of English (able to communicate and coordinate effectively) and computer literacy.
