Head Office – SAP S/4HANA upgrade Support Finance & Operations - Brisbane based with some WFH $750 to $780 per day + super This long-awaited upgrade to the S/4HANA system for this rapidly growing mining company will help to underpin all future activities. It is a multi-disciplinary operation with numerous technical in-house systems being overhauled along with the SAP upgrade. This dedicated 6-to-9-month fixed term contract role will support numerous senior stakeholders in the business along with the CFO to ensure financial systems integrity through the future SAP upgrade. As the Systems technical expertise, you contribute to the improvement and optimisation of the new system across all financial aspects. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Identify opportunities to streamline and standardise finance processes as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. Document business requirements, functional requirements, process maps, test scenarios and user acceptance testing outcomes. Act as a liaison between Finance users and technical consultants to ensure system design aligns with business needs. Support finance users in understanding system changes, new workflows and process impacts. Extract relevant data from existing systems including MYOB Business, SAP Business One and other business systems. Analyse legacy data for completeness, accuracy, duplication, inconsistencies and required cleansing. Prepare, cleanse and validate master data and transactional data for migration into SAP S/4HANA. Support hyper care activities following go-live, including issue tracking, user support and process stabilisation. As the successful applicant, you will have comprehensive 4/SHANA experience with highly developed ana project management skills. You will have the ability to engage across numerous internal stakeholders and providing training to a varied audience. On a personal level you will be optimistic, proactive team player and be customer service focused. Relevant finance qualifications are highly desirable.
