International Luxury Watch / Jewelry Brand Boutique Manager / Supervisor Job Responsibilities: Manage team sales performance and drive achievement of boutique sales targets Report directly to the Boutique Director and share sales and operational responsibilities with the Boutique Director and Sales Manager Support daily boutique operations to ensure service excellence and client experience meet the highest luxury standards Assist in team coaching, training and day-to-day management to foster strong collaboration Handle sales reporting and related operational administrative tasks Requirements: 3–5 years of management experience in luxury retail (watches or jewelry background preferred) Solid understanding of luxury retail operations with strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable working in an elegant environment with a strong understanding of high-spending clients’ habits and interests Strong team player who values collaboration and a supportive workplace culture Fluent English, native Cantonese and good Mandarin **Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Boutique Manager / Supervisor They offer excellent internal mobility opportunities and a warm, family-like team environment.
