Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends, identifying key areas for improvement to maximize team efficiency. Lead, coach, and manage the sales coordination team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing support to ensure operational targets are achieved. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, driving professionalism, clear communication, and collective team success. Generate regular operational reports and actionable insights on both customer behavior and team performance to support strategic decision-making. Develop and optimize workflows and call scripts to minimize customer drop-offs, increase data collection success rates, and continuously test and measure results. Provide close guidance and mentorship to align team attitudes, cultivate a strong service mind, and promote highly effective teamwork. Evaluate team performance metrics (KPIs) systematically, implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and providing constructive feedback to develop team potential. Manage workforce and resource allocation, including schedule planning and lead distribution based on peak volume periods, to ensure timely customer follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with company partners, collaborating with the team to introduce sales promotions and unlock new business opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to share customer insights and contribute to the continuous development of the platform's user experience. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in a team lead or managerial role within sales, inside sales, or sales coordination. Experience in the automotive industry, online platforms, or marketplaces is highly preferred. Proven track record of managing an outbound team of 10 or more members is a strong advantage. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team. Excellent service mind and communication psychology; capable of handling high-pressure situations and diverse customer behaviors professionally. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, define KPIs, and prepare comprehensive summary reports. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and agility in adopting new technologies/tools. Fluency in both Thai and English (written and verbal) is highly required.
