About the role: We are looking for a qualified English teacher who is passionate about writing and education at both a Primary and Secondary level. You will receive training as a Writer's Toolbox Writing Coach, working with teachers and schools, helping them to lift writing outcomes across all subject areas. This is an opportunity to take what you have done in a single school and bring your skills to a bigger stage. Our programmes are delivered via Zoom and in person; some travel is required. You will run workshops and coaching sessions designed to improve school writing outcomes. As an experienced teacher, the coach understands the challenges of the classroom and have a passion for seeing others succeed in education. Our business is seeing schools succeed in writing. So, writing improvement—across every subject area—should be your thing. What we are looking for: Essential You are a qualified teacher with a minimum of four years’ experience in either Primary or Secondary schools Be a strong communicator Have strong writing skills Highly organised, confident, and pro-active Have a high degree of computer literacy & be digitally adept.
