Job Description Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you will support the execution of marketing strategies and manage online and offline promotional materials for Regal Hotels. You will maintain strong media and influencer relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop creative, on-brand marketing initiatives that drive engagement and business results. Job Responsibilities Support the Senior Marketing Communications Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns and PR initiatives across offline and online channels. Manage campaign implementation end-to-end: timelines, vendor coordination, asset delivery, tracking and performance reporting. Provide CRM support: build and segment lists, execute email/WhatsApp campaigns, monitor engagement metrics and optimize workflows. Draft and adapt marketing collaterals include press releases, ads, articles and digital content. Coordinate and oversee hotel photo/video shoots for marketing and publicity needs. Maintain and drive engagement for Regal Club members through targeted communications and events. Assist with media pitching, influencer outreach, media entertainment and trial experiences to promote current promotions; nurture media and influencer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver brand-activation projects. Monitor local marketing trends, popular culture and topical issues to inform campaign strategies and creative ideas. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or related discipline. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing Communications and PR, preferably in hotels or F&B. Proven experience executing campaigns and producing marketing content. Hands-on CRM experience (email marketing platforms, segmentation, campaign reporting) preferred. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Strong interpersonal, communication and project-management skills. Creative, detail-oriented, well-organized and able to perform under pressure. Video creation knowledge and agency experience are a plus.
