Key Responsibility Receive Shipping Instruction or Invoice / Packing List and completed shipment details from CS and send shipping instruction to the carrier. Checking, revising, confirming Master Bill of Lading to carrier and create draft, revising, confirming House Bill of Lading with customer (If House B/L is required). Fill out shipment information for shipment to or pass US, CA, JP for submit. Receiving the cost from carrier, confirming the correction with sales, and forwarding it to account team. Then sales will update in system. Account Team approve to settle the payment. Sending Pre-Alert Email and documents for agent at destination, and notify the status of each Bill of Lading. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding . Good command of English in all four skills — listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Strong communication and coordination skills. Fast learner with systematic work management skills. Friendly, approachable, and able to work well with others.
