Logistics Team Leader (Yuen Long)

Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor daily operations in the logistics warehouse using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Be familiar with scan pack operations. Handle physical inbound/outbound/put-away processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Train and manage warehouse staff, providing coaching and support as needed. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy. Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout for efficient operations. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in warehouse operations. Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment and machinery. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities. Handle any emergency situations or unexpected challenges that arise in the warehouse. Assist in budget planning and cost control measures for warehouse operations. Requirements: F.5/ HKDSE or above. 5 years of relevant experience in the shipping/logistics industry at a supervisory level. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Preferably experienced in warehouse operations, including maintaining and monitoring daily productivity and operational output. Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Skilled in problem analysis and resolution. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel is an advantage. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Flexible to work in shifts as required.
